" I can't remember how I first came across Marteka's work, but I'm so infinitely glad I did. I've been joining the monthly Kinship calls for a few months now and jumped at the chance to be involved in her new Accelerator programme. I love Marteka's approach of personal growth through community, inclusion and safe spaces. She hosts in a way that allows others to get involved whilst maintaining the overall direction and purpose of each session. I always go away feeling both empowered and valued (a rare feeling).

I was part of the Kinship bootcamp. Marteka ran a 6 weekly course that involved us learning techniques on how to deal with stressful situations in the work place. Also, space to unpack traits that were harmful to us being our true authentic selves. I found it empowering, and the techniques really powerful. The main take away for me was to always to do self care and self affirmation because when you believe in yourself anything is possible.

I have followed Marteka for some time as she is someone in the industry who I greatly respect and admire. I was super excited to get a chance to be part of Marteka's program. I have signed up from my own initiative and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. The training with Marteka is brilliant and she is giving you plentiful insights how to help others and myself as well. During this journey I have managed to get to know myself better and think differently. Her support and understanding is second to none. She is an evangelist on Mental Health and is also very inspiring.
